THE DYEING LAB
Alexandrie’s lab is both a place of creation for the eponymous clothing brand and an open space that welcomes the public year-round for hands-on workshops. All textiles here—exclusively natural fibers—are dyed by hand using 100% plant-based dyes to ensure maximum respect for the body and the environment. This natural process allows for simplified water waste management and healthier working conditions: dye bath water is repurposed to water the garden, and leftover plant matter is composted directly on site.
THE SEWING STUDIO
Our textile accessories are crafted either in the studio behind the boutique in Brittany or in the Paris-based atelier of the founder. All fabrics come from upcycled high-end deadstock sourced from suppliers in Île-de-France—giving a second life to luxurious materials otherwise destined for waste. Every offcut is repurposed for accessories or packaging, embracing a zero-waste philosophy fully aligned with our sustainable values.
THE SHOP
The Alexandrie boutique opens during French school holidays (winter, spring, summer, fall, and Christmas breaks), as well as during special cultural events organized on site. Outside these seasonal openings, the space is available for rental—ideal for exhibitions, pop-ups, and creative gatherings.
